  Positives: clean room. Beach towels and beach chairs, umbrella. The king bed was comfortable. Pull out bed was comfortable, too. Provided soap for kitchen, shower and washing machine. Close to the beach. 3 pools. Whalers Village is close. Parking is convenient.
  Negative (but not really): tv is very old and the volume wouldn’t turn down and sometimes it glitched. So we just used our devices. The picture on the website shows a brown sectional and that’s not there. It’s a pull out couch and chair. Other than that, it was a relaxing stay. It was an easy check in and out process. The property is well maintained and pleasant to see and walk in. Definitely would stay here again!

  We had a great stay and definitely would recommend to a friend! Loved the location- close enough to walk to Black Rock beach for snorkeling or to Whalers Village for dinner. The property was very quiet which was nice, and having a full kitchen and washer/dryer was a huge plus. Also appreciated that we were able to get a late checkout since our flight didn’t leave until 9pm!

  Upon entering it was noted how large the condo is and how clean everything was. Loved that shampoo/conditioner was provided. Very satisfied overall however the electrical outlet situation is dire. There are no outlets right next to the bed/nightstand. Lighting is very dim throughout the living/sleeping area. Biggest downer for us...the large pool right outside our room was brrrrrr cold!

  This was my 2nd stay in this unit. It wasn't as spotless as last year, lots of sand on the floors & trash behind a nightstand-easy to have missed, but still swell kept older furnishings. Towels and linens could use a refresh. The staff at this location is top notch. Efficient, friendly and always with the Aloha spirit of beautiful Maui. (Chanel!) I would recommend staying here if you like a quiet well kept property. The beach walk to other beaches is a plus. The grounds are well kept. Thanks again.   I really enjoyed my stay here. I arrived after 10pm, the night manager arrived quickly to get me to the unit and helped me carry my things in. I stayed in a studio towards the back of the property, it was quiet, had the amenities I wanted, and was a short walk to the beach, shops, pool, fitness center, and shops. I was always able to find space in the cabana area and the attendants were friendly and available. The beach area is beautiful, sun sets right there, many people went snorkeling, a seal went swimming by one afternoon checking out the beach goers. There are a number of shops within walking distance and Front Street is a short drive away. I would definitely stay here again. The only weird part, no roosters, I did not hear or see one.

  We frequently go to Maui, and were happy to find this corner unit so close to the beach and Ka'anapali. We hoped there would be at least a peek-a-boo view of the ocean, which there wasn't. The view from the lanai is of a well-hidden parking structure - the only time it was bothersome is when we ate outside and the screeching of tires in the garage was pretty constant.
  
  It is an older unit with some wear and tear showing, but it was just fine for a long weekend. I am a walker and appreciated being able to do my usual trek to Ka'anapali or to Kahana. For people with physical limitations, be aware that there are a LOT of stairs to manage between the garage and the unit, and the unit to the golf course/beach.
